There are plenty of people out there pushing to better themselves mentally and physically, normal everyday folk like you and me. What is it that sets some of them apart? It all comes down to one thing: Dedication.
You know what its like, you start the new year off with good intentions - maybe you join a gym or buy a bike and you promise yourself you with use it. You WILL get up early before work to go for that dawn run/cycle/swim. Invariably though the alarm goes off, its a bit cold outside, its warm in bed and we utter the words "tomorrow". Well, meet Rose. She chose not to give herself excuses. She took it one step further than most of us would. She converted part of her dirty old garage into a training area. Don't want to run because it's Raining outside? no problems, the training still continues in the garage but instead of running its skipping pull-ups and bag work. Inside the garage is a home made pull-up bar and a surprisingly robust home made punching bag made from old clothing and fabric. You see, you don't need lots of money and all the new fancy gear to keep yourself mentally and physically sharp. You just need to be determined. Dedicated.
